Navodaya Lok Chetna Kalyan Samiti
We work for social transformation by protecting children, empowering women via skill development, and promoting the health of adolescents and women through awareness camps.
Navodaya Lok Chetna Kalyan Samiti is a non-profit organization established in 2002 and dedicated to social welfare and sustainable development. Our mission is to promote gender equality, child rights, women's empowerment, and health awareness. We strive to create a positive and inclusive environment for all members of our community. Through our initiatives, we challenge societal norms, advocate for equal rights, and provide opportunities for education and vocational training. We are committed to eradicating child labor, protecting the rights of children, and empowering women through skill development and entrepreneurship. Additionally, we prioritize health awareness campaigns, particularly focusing on adolescent health, self-care, and group well-being.

Our vision is a society where pregnant women are supported, girls receive quality education, and labour rights are protected. Also through awareness camps on promoting safety, we strive for a future where everyone is empowered and equal.

We aim to bridge the gap between citizens and welfare programs, ensuring that everyone can access and avail themselves of these initiatives, ultimately fostering social upliftment and inclusive growth.

Women Awareness Meetings
Our NGO conducts regular awareness meetings to educate and empower women about their rights, including legal, social, and economic. We aim to create a supportive environment for women, encouraging their active participation in decision-making processes.

Child Rights, Adolescent Health, and Balika Suraksha Program
Our comprehensive program aims to protect and promote the rights of children, address the unique health needs of adolescents, and ensure the safety and well-being of girl children. Through advocacy, education, and support, we work towards creating a nurturing environment where every child can thrive. We focus on eradicating child labor, providing access to quality education and healthcare, and raising awareness about reproductive health, hygiene practices, and gender-based violence. By empowering children, adolescents, and girls, we strive to create a future where their rights are respected, their health is prioritized, and their potential is realized.

Awareness Programme for Anganwadi workers
Under the Health Mission, the Navoday Lok Chetna Kalyan Samiti conducted training for trainers, including ASHA workers and Anganwadi staff. The training focused on women's rights and equality, facilitating discussions to enhance awareness. By empowering these frontline workers with knowledge on gender issues, the initiative contributes to fostering a more inclusive and equitable healthcare environment. Awareness Programme for Women
Providing information about government schemes, the NGO disseminated details on initiatives such as Widow Pension, Elderly Pension, and the Sumangala Scheme. These programs aim to address the financial and social needs of widows, senior citizens, and promote the well-being of women. By spreading awareness, the NGO plays a crucial role in ensuring eligible individuals access these schemes, fostering social security and inclusivity in the community. National Girls Day Celebration
In the celebrations of National Girls Day, the NGO organized an impactful event through an essay competition. The initiative encouraged girls to express their thoughts on empowerment, gender equality, and their aspirations. By fostering creativity and articulation, the competition aimed to amplify the voices of young girls, providing a platform for self-expression and awareness. The event not only celebrated National Girls Day but also promoted education, empowerment, and gender inclusivity, aligning with the NGO's commitment to advocating for the rights and aspirations of girls in the community.19-Jan-2024
Awareness about Cyber Security to women
The NGO conducted an awareness program on Cyber Security specifically designed for women, focusing on equipping them with essential knowledge and skills to navigate the digital landscape safely. Through workshops, seminars, and practical tips, the initiative aimed to empower women with the tools to protect their online identity, personal information, and financial assets. By raising awareness about potential cyber threats and promoting best practices, the program contributed to enhancing the digital resilience of women, ensuring they can confidently engage in the online world while minimizing risks.12-Jan-2024
Mission Shakti Program
As part of the Mission Shakti program on January 12, the Shakti Didi Weekly Program provided girls with information on police procedures and helpline numbers. This initiative aimed to empower girls by educating them on legal rights and avenues for seeking help in case of emergencies. By imparting knowledge about the process and resources available, the program equips girls with tools to navigate challenging situations and access support when needed.
